Returns Policy

• Please check your goods thoroughly, any damages, errors or omissions must be notified to our office within 48 hrs of receipt of goods
• All returned goods will be replaced or a full credit, less shipping costs, will be applied against any future purchases – no refunds given
• All products must be returned in original packaging
• Shipping costs will be invoiced for on replacement items
• Goods remain the property of SILK Oil of Morocco until Invoice is paid in full
